Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial. No payment required during trial. You can cancel anytime without charges.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No automatic refund for the current period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for: Service unavailability (more than 24 hours), Billing errors, and First-time subscription issues within 7 days.
4. Non-Refundable
Refunds will NOT be provided for: Change of mind after 3 days, Failure to cancel before renewal, Terms of Service violations, or Partial month usage.
5. How to Request
Email opsstack.in@gmail.com with subject 'Refund Request'. Include your email, reason, and transaction details. We review within 3-5 business days.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
